
THE PAINTED VESSEL

This projects starts as an assignment from Ken Eastman´s workshop at Glasgow School of Art. From a research of paintings from different periods in art history, looking for representations of ceramic objects, in order to re-create them with clay.Two paintings from Paul klee and Vincent Van Gogh have been selected for this work that investigates the relationship between painting and ceramics. The original ceramic shapes will find they way back to tridimensionality, with alterations.
